Milan Fashion Week: Bally, FW 2014- 15


Pablo Coppola, the new creative director of Bally, has breathed new life into Bally for the Fall Winter 2014 collection. There were many standouts at the presentation. This particular pair of shoes are divine! I love the ponyhair material and the pointy toe- stacked heel combination. I think it’s really very classy and sexy. This is easily my favorite “little” bag in the collection. The Corner Bag. At first I was actually marveling at the way the bag was “presented”, thinking that the block with which it sat on, was actually carved in to accommodate the corner of the bag to allow it to “stand” the way it did. It was not until I picked up the bag that I realized it was really cut- cornered! This is such a cute bag that can hold all your essentials. I love this– especially in this lizard leather and color! In that same shade of citron yellow are the box bags. The Summit Tote. I was trying to determine what the bag reminded me of, and it did remind me of a few other brands actually– an Hermes birkin (without the flap and the buckles), and a Celine (because of the “batwing” (…)
