Good morning friends!! I hope your week is off to a great start and it’s starting to warming up where you are.

I’m spending more time on the course now that we’re going into the busy season, which has been a blast. I’m digging the new time change as it’s left me with extra time to get in a quick strength train session or run before I go to work.

The rest of the day was spent here. There was a high wind tide warning all day which made for some killer waves!

I’ve had some fun stuff come in the mail the last couple weeks. I’ll be testing them out and of course giving you my highly scientific thoughts about them.

The enso muscle roller. It’s a customizable foam roller and was just featured in this months issue of Runners World Magazine.

currexSole RUNPRO insoles. They have a zero mm drop so it won’t interfere with shoe construction and the insoles move with your feet vs restricting them. I think they are a step up from the stock inserts that come with shoes. I wear custom orthodics in my running shoes, so I’ve been switching to these inserts post run.

Since I am solar powered and can not stay out of the sun, my friends at dermalogica sent a couple non oily facial sunscreens to try. This girls mug is so oily and all of the other sunscreens I’ve tried made it worse. I can’t wait to tell you all about my new love for these babies.

Clif Bar sent a box of their new MOJO bars to try. I think they are a lot like KIND Bars, but with a lot more dried fruit which I dig big time. I’d highly recommend the Cranberry Almond with dark chocolate and the Wild Blueberry Almond. For my gluten free friends, these are a great option for you as well!

I’ve had some requests about how the Mizuno Wave Riders compare with the Wave Sayonaras, so the folks at Mizuno sent me a pair to take for a test spin. I’ll be doing a review on the kicks after I throw down some miles and also see how they compare with the WR.

My super cool hair girl, Jacki told me about the best brush ever, The Wet Brush. She used it when she did my hair a couple weeks ago and it’s like magic. It untangles my long hair without pulling or hurting, no problem. I don’t even know how it works, but it does! I loved it so much I bought one and had her ship it to me. (She was sold out)

What new to you products are you currently loving? I’m always on the market for new stuff I don’t even know about.
