Last weekend I stumbled upon the Brazilian Festival and Parade in West Hollywood and was somehow perfectly dressed for the extravagant event. The purples and blues of this Black Swan dress can make any skin tone stand out! I also love the unexpected slit, open back and light material of the dress. It's one of my favorites to wear when the weather has gotten unbearably hot.
