life's a beach.
I've spent the last 3 weekends laying around the sands of Venice and Santa Monica beach. It feels so good to be reunited with old friends and spend the last few summer days catching up and laughing hard. I really missed them all. Plus, there's something very soothing about being there, you can't have any worries or regrets. Maybe when you leave...but not when you're there. :) When I was younger my Dad would bring me to the beach every weekend and we would get ice cream, roller skate and sometimes he would even let me bury him and I always felt a little bit happier being there. Even if we were doing nothing.
