Branching Out with Twig Jewelry

One of my favorite things about having a blog is using it as an excuse for window shopping, online shopping, and the occasional splurge purchase. To be honest, I don’t need an excuse but just saying, it’s research for the blog has such a great air about it. I was proud of myself on Sunday though, after brunch with a friend she wanted to check out the new Vineyard Vines store that had just opened in my neighborhood and I said goodbye at the door – after seeing their holiday catalog I knew if I stepped inside my bank account would not thank me later. In all of my online window shopping lately I have been noticing a big trend with twig / branch jewelry especially as I took a walk from Penn Station to my office down a mile of Broadway past what seems to be every costume jewelry store in the county.
