Casual in the Park

My mom came to visit earlier this week and we had so much fun hanging out around Portland. I took her to the gorge to see the waterfalls and that's when the unthinkable happened!! My beloved Nikon's shutter release stopped working!
To a photographer, without a back up body, that is TORTURE!! I didn't realize how much I'd miss my camera until it didn't work. Luckily, I think I fixed it, but only time will tell I suppose. Out of the woods for now!
For this look, I went super summery and casual for a day at the park. A vintage eyelet lace top paired with embroidered American Eagle shorts. An easy-going outfit is one I don't wear very often, but it was a nice change.
