There was almost nothing in the fridge or pantry, and I was desperate for a trip to the grocery store. The leftover white rice from our Chinese take out the night before and the lone can of beans in my pantry inspired me to make something yummy from very few ingredients. It took me 15 minutes (maybe less) from start to finish, and the results were really delicious! This is simple comfort food anyone can make!
