‘Iatronudia’ by Gibson Fox for VICE

We have all faked sick before, assuming not nearly as good as models Kathleen McGonigle, Ebony Gallant, Rowena Xi Kang, Eilika Meckbach, and Newsha Syeh have in the latest issue of VICE. The spread, captured by photographer Gibson Fox was a fashion shoot about Iatronudia, a paraphilia involving sexual attraction to medical staff and doctors. In other words, faking sick so you can get naked in front of your physician. Renee Warne styled the hospital gear with high-fashion garbs, including Prada and plenty of skin. Finally, executing the “I’m so sick, doc.” look were hairstylist Kyye Reed and makeup artist Miriam Nichterlein, bringing this somewhat pervy shoot to life.
