Hi everyone! It's Laura from BOOKM▲▲RKS and I'm glad to be back here! I've taken you through some tips and tricks and inspirations, so I think it is now time for you all to take your camera out to snap photos and join some different fun projects! On this post I would like share with you a few fun photography projects that you could join.

Take a Photo, Pass It On

This is a project created by Bobby Caputo, a photographer based in NYC. It is a bit similar to the Disposable Memory Project which has been shut down *sad face* but with a slightly different angle. I am excited that a project like this still exists!

The general concept is, as Bobby goes travelling he leaves disposable cameras or hands them out to people along the way, for them then to take a photo and pass it along to others with the hope that one day those cameras will return back to him to share the photos and stories behind them. A few have made it overseas - who knows you might pick up one of them one day? I'm actually planning to email this guy and ask if he can send me one for me to join in the project!

Ada the globetrotting doll

The creative mind behind this brilliant project is Adollin from Lady Croissant. I love this project, it's so much fun. Have you seen Amelie where she asked her friend to take this garden gnome travelling all over the world and get his pictures taken? This project is pretty much it in real life. Ada is a red plastic doll and she gets passed around to participants all over the world who will then take photos of her. Perfect fun photo project!

Project Life 365

This is not specifically focussing on film photography but there is no reason why you can't use film camera! This website gives you a daily challenge to shoot, but not only that, this site also gives you some inspirational posts, tips and interviews too.

How's your weekend

Ok, a bit of a shameless promotion here but this is another side project that I am running with my friend Jo. It's a collective photography project dedicated to the weekend. So anything you do over the weekend, take your camera with you, snap photos and do sent them to us!

Lomography Analogue Day

Of course the famous Lomography would have a photo project! Unfortunately they have finished the challenge for 2013 earlier this year, but hopefully they will run it again next year so stay tuned. Regardless it's always inspirational to go through their site.

Anyway, there goes several photo projects that I think you should at least check out if not participate. Do let me know if you hear or know any other photo challenge projects! Have fun!
