From #LouLouGNO

About 10 days ago I hosted the #LouLouGNO. This was my first event in Washington D.C. and it was such a pleasure to meet fellow bloggers and local fashion enthusiasts. This is another one of the pros about moving up to the North East. Although the fashion scene in D.C. is more grey and white, there is still a more cosmopolitan conversation about it than there was in Texas. I am looking forward to becoming an active participant in this conversation.

As for my outfit for the evening: it was put together with pieces from the Lou Lou Boutique. I love pieces which can be transitioned from one season to another and of course because I love Maxis. I picked this charcoal grey maxi to be pair with a bright colored scarf and a light cardigan. I added the finishing touches with bohemia-inspired jewelry and worn my hair in a chic french twist with let the scarf be the focal point in my look. I was rather content with the whole look. What do you think?
