Favorites: March 2014
As each month ends, I’ll share 5 of my favorite products from that month. Think of these posts as recommendations of a handful of great beauty items!
Here are my favorites from March:
1: Orla Kiely Sweet Pea Beauty Organizer: This isn’t exactly a beauty item, but it holds beauty products and I absolutely adore it, so it had to be included in this round of favorites. This bag is incredibly functional - it has two zipper pulls, three compartments and lots of space to hold every beauty and personal care item you’d need in your purse. 2: MyChelle Dermaceuticals Sun Shield SPF 28 Unscented: Because I never go a day without sunscreen, it was important for me to find a lightweight, but effective kind that would sit well under makeup. This is it!
3: Dr. Brandt Skincare Pores No More Pore Refiner: I received this product in my February Birchbox and I wasn’t interested in it initially. One morning, I tried it on a whim and found that it worked really well to minimize the pores on my nose and keep my skin matte all day.
4: Covergirl Clean Whipped Creme Foundation: I’ve said it time and time again: I adore this foundation! It’s my holy grail high-coverage foundation. It applies and wears like a dream.
5: Jouer Mineral Powder Blush in Bloom: This is my favorite blush for those mornings when I just want to slap on makeup and run out the door. It’s quick and effortless and always look pretty.
