Plain Jane Saturday -- Welcome Back Fashionoodle!!

I've been MIA from blogging for a good year now. I know, SO SAD! But no worries, I've been relaxing and doing some great work at my new job at an animal hospital in Los Altos, CA. All last year has been pretty hectic and now everything is settling down and in a good flow. So, I decided to get back in the blogging world and continue what I started 2 years ago. I've missed creating outfits, blog ideas everyday and making all my readers happy.

Since this is a welcome back post, my outfit is really simple, which is why I called today's post "Plain Jane Saturday". This is an outfit that would fit pretty much any woman's body figure. I've gotten a lot of compliments on all my outfits that I've posted or what I wear daily, which is a good thumbs up, but a lot of the compliments come with side remarks such as "that would not look as good on me as it did on you" and relatable comments like that. First off, I try really hard to emphasize that every one has their own unique style even if they think they don't. I love my style and it's always changing. My goal of my blog is for my readers to reflect on my outfits and think about their wardrobe like, how can they fit like- pieces like mine into their outfit or closet and still make it work for them. My outfits are not supposed to fit every body type, but to create an inspiring outfit idea that can flow with any woman's closet whether you're curvy or not.

This outfit is super plain- tote, silky blouse, jeans, and your favorite chain necklace. Not to shabby right? You can should be able to find relatable items in your closet. These a staple items that almost every girl should have in your wardrobe. Staple items are wonderful pieces. They are items that don't have to be current with every season but items that are classic enough to you can carry them throughout the years.

OUTFIT Shoes: Report $25 Blouse: Joie $198 Jeans: BDG "distressed" $58 Handbag: Michael Kors $298 Necklace: Forever 21 $4.99

In a couple of months, I am planning on doing a few posts that will show different people's outfits depending on size, curves, skin color, and gender. Yes that includes you male readers!! I will start attacking male fashion randomly throughout the year! Since I did list out skin color, size, etc. please don't think I'm discriminating. Colors of clothing items, shape of blouses and/or bottoms do result on how good they look based on your physical appearance and dare I say how confident you present yourself. Feeling beautiful in what you wear will help build confidence in your style!
