Hey dolls! Today I have photos for you of a new to me brand that has taken me way too long to post. With good reason though, as I actually wore a few of these shades, as opposed to just swatching them. A Rhyming Dictionary Polish Calvin and Hobbes collection features nine shades based on the comic strip and I have six of them for you today.

A Rhyming Dictionary Bath Time is metallic base filled with copper, blue, orange, and gold microflakes. This shade is very hard to describe because of its depth. The formula was sheer on the first coat, but built up nicely in three. I would recommend waiting a few minutes between coats. My camera could barely handle the intense sparkle!

A Rhyming Dictionary G.R.O.S.S. (Get Rid Of slimy GirlS) is a glitter topper that is filled with a variety of white, silver, gunmetal, and pink glitters in several shapes and sizes. The base was on the thick side, but still applied relatively easily. I dabbed on one coat of G.R.O.S.S. over Barielle Paradise in the Tropics.

A Rhyming Dictionary Rosalyn is a blue base filled with blue, purple, pink, orange, and turquoise microflakes. I just love this mix of colors and the way the glitter sparkles in the light. The formula was great and applied nicely in three coats.

A Rhyming Dictionary Polish Stupendous Man is a pinkish-red holo that appears to also have a heavy crimson shimmer. I wore this for several days and it had great wear. The formula was very thick (in a good way) and well pigmented. Stupendous Man was almost a one-coater, but I used two for photo purposes. Top coat was added as it dried to a satin finish.

A Rhyming Dictionary Polish The Transmogrifier is a glitter topper that is filled with bright blue microflakes and iridescent shimmer. I absolutely love this shade. The microflakes were the perfect density. The formula was great and it applied nicely in one coat over Cult Nails Faded. I can see The Transmogrifier looking good over a variety of bases.

A Rhyming Dictionary Polish Show and Tell is a gold subtle holo that also includes gold and orange flakies. I really liked this shade on my complexion and it made me realize that I don’t wear gold polish often enough. The formula was great and opacity was achieved at three coats.

Overall, I’m really impressed with my first experience with this brand. The colors are unique and feature interesting glitter combinations. A Rhyming Dictionary Polish Calvin and Hobbes collection is currently available here for $7.50-$9 each. Be sure to keep up with them on Facebook for updates!
