Hey dolls! This evening I have photos for you of half of the KBShimmer Summer 2014 collection. This set features a creme, a neon, and several glitter toppers.

KBShimmer Happily Ever Aster is described as a periwinkle, light aqua blue, purple, lavender and white glitters in a clear base surrounded by tiny bits of holographic glitters for a sparkling top coat. The formula was great and the glitter was very dense. I love the ratio of larger to smaller glitters in this polish. Happily Ever Aster is shown over China Glaze Grass is Lime Greener.

KBShimmer Radiant Orchid is described as a pink toned purple with fuchsia and mauve undertones. I absolutely love this creme and you may remember it from my Fourth of July/Prince Purple Rain concert look. The formula was very pigmented and almost a one coater. Two coats were used for photo purposes.

KBShimmer Red, White, and Blue-tiful is a top coat glitter filled with holo marine blue stars, silver holographic stars, metallic red stars, red holo stars and micro red, sliver, blue, and holographic glitters for a sparkly finish. This is the perfect patriotic polish for those who like shaped glitters. I actually used this polish on my stepdaughter and a cousin for the holiday. The formula was dense, but I did have to use the dab method to move the stars around the nail. Top coat was used to smooth the glitter out. Red, White, and Blue-tiful is shown over KBShimmer Mint-al Vacation.

KBShimmer Scribble Me This is a glitter top coat that is described as pops of neon color in pink, green, purple, aqua blue, and black glitters. It also includes mini stars, triangles, circles and hex glitters. Shaped glitter fans will love this one. My stepdaughter saw it and immediately requested it for her next mani. The glitter was very dense and dispersed easily over the nail without having to do too much dabbing. Scribble Me This is shown over China Glaze In a Lily Bit.

KBShimmer Sweet Wave was inspired by Sweet Tarts and is described as a white, periwinkle and mint hex glitters among yellow and coral glitters in several sizes. The glitter had to be dabbed on the nail and spread around for an even look. This glitter makes me want Sweet Tarts the more I look at it. Sweet Wave is shown over China Glaze What a Pansy.

KBShimmer You’re So Shellfish is described as a near neon peachy orange. I absolutely love this shade and I wore it for several days. It seems like every new collection that comes to my doorstep has an orange and I can’t help but wear it. The formula was great; it applied easily and was very pigmented. Two coats were used for opacity and top coat was used as it dried to a satin finish.

The KBShimmer Summer 2014 collection features a little something for everyone. This set is currently available here and ranges in price from $7.50-8.75. Be sure to keep up with KBShimmer on Facebook. Instagram, and Twitter for updates and new releases!
