Zoya Naturel Deux Collection
Hey dolls! This evening I have photos for you of the Zoya Naturel Deux collection. I was super excited when photos of this collection were initially released because the shades were darker and warmer than the previous Naturel collection. I’m pleased to say that I really enjoyed wearing all of these shades. The formula was the same on each polish: it was a little bit thicker than the typical of Zoya cremes, which was perfectly fine. They applied easily, self-leveled and were opaque in 2 coats. You could even get away with one thick coat of most of these, which is great for those who are short on time.
Zoya Aubrey is described as a medium mauve creme. Surprisingly, I don’t have anything similar to this in my stash.
Zoya Chanelle is described as a toasted almost creme. Chanelle was the name I chose in my high school French classes, so I was immediately drawn to this shade. This shade doesn’t give me mannequin hands, but I still quite like it. Chanelle was the only shade that seemed to have the slightly thinner, typical Zoya formula. It wasn’t runny and applied just as easily as the others.
Zoya Emilia is described as a dark chocolate creme. This is the darkest shade in the collection. It’s a little cooler than most of my other browns, but I’d have to do a comparison to see if I have anything similar.
Zoya Madeline is described as a muted rose creme. I really like this shade because of its pink undertones.
Zoya Marnie is described as a deep, warm plum creme. This shade makes me think of every cranberry-scented holiday candle.
Zoya Spencer is described as a rich caramel creme. You all already know of my love of this shade from last week’s Twinsie Tuesday inspired by a book theme. This shade may have replaced Zoya Gretchen as my favorite nude. I need to compare them side by side to see which is closer to my complexion.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the Zoya Naturel Deux collection. These shades, while flattering on everyone, are especially complimentary on darker complexions.
