ModCloth Nail Klub and Dresses Challenge
Hey dolls! I was recently contacted by ModCloth to participate in their Nail Klub and Dresses challenge. ModCloth’s Nail Klub is the brand’s blog series which features nail art, tutorials, and more. The ModStylists are currently running a challenge where nail bloggers were asked to create a look based on a dress from the website. Here‘s an example of an inspiration post from one of the ModStylists.
ModCloth carries so many dresses that fit my style, so it was difficult to choose just one. I’ve been into polka dot prints lately, so this rainbow dress caught my eye after looking through the dresses section. This dress is the type I would wear to a classy brunch or tea (see the inspiration board below). To achieve this look on my nails, I started with a base of Cult Nails Tempest, a pure white creme and Cult Nails Tied Up, a cornflower blue jelly. After allowing Tempest to dry for about ten minutes, I added the rainbow of polka dots using Cult Nails Nakizzle’s Shizzle (light blue), Feel Me Up (yellow), Ay Poppy (orange), Kiss (red), and Deal With It (green). Top coat was then added for a glossy finish.
