MULING IT OVER

What are your thoughts on mules? I was having a conversation about them the other day, as at first I wasn't really keen, but now as I see them being worn and in a whole outfit I 'get it'. Its all about education. How do I wear them? What do I wear them with? Will this look good?

Personally I think wearing them with pants is the key, and definitely the open toe variety.
