If you haven’t jumped on the
midi skirt bandwagon yet, now is definitely the time to do so. I first tried out this look over the summer, and I am definitely revisiting the trend for winter. Midi-length skirts can hit anywhere from right below the knee to just above the ankle, and range from ultra-snug to '50s-style fit-and-flares. Not only is the skirt a chic alternative to the mini, but the longer length aids in keeping you shielded from the harsh winter cold. To make the trend work for a
plus size frame, be sure to wear a more form-fitting top if the skirt has a flowing shape. I paired with a crop vintage knit sweater, bold ASOS curve necklace and pop of color pointed heels.
