DIY Hydrating Facial
“DIY facials at home are so easy and fun,” Says Ildi. “One of my favorites is the honey and avocado DIY facial for clean hydrated skin. I recommend doing this with raw/organic ingredients only. These little facials can give your skin the proper boost it requires to have great skin in between visit to your skin care expert.”

How to get rid of pillow crease marks on face
Make sure you put your moisturizer prior bed time. You need to hydrate your skin so it doesn’t dry out and cause wrinkles naturally,” states Ildi, she adds, “We recommend purchasing silk or satin pillow cases to prevent and avoid creases from forming during your night’s sleep. We also recommend sleeping on your back, which is difficult at first, but this also helps avoid any markings on your skin from occurring. When you get up in the morning, wash your skin with lukewarm water and give yourself a massage for stimulation. If you sleep on your face, it causes poor circulation which leads up to more wrinkles. Give your skin the extra circulation it needs to avoid any creases.”

If you’ve been dealing with puffy eyes, Ildi believes that you should, “Drink plenty of water during the day and prior to sleeping. The puffiness could be a sign of dehydration. Cucumbers are hydrating and an anti-inflammatory. For a quick fix, take two cold slices of cucumber and put them on your eyes and lay down. Wash your eyes with cold water stimulates your circulation. Mint and chamomile teas work best! Cold milk is soothing.”

Below are more tips on how to lessen puffiness around the eyes.

Chamomile tea soother
You can do this in the morning and at night. Boil 1 cup of water, add 1 organic chamomile tea bag. Soak for 5–10 minutes. Take a cotton pad, wipe your eyes with the chamomile tea and take the tea bag and leave on each eye 5 minutes.

The classic spoon trick
Take two teaspoons, put it them in the freezer until cool. Use the back of the spoon and hold it under your eyes for 5 minutes. This should decrease the puffiness in the eyes.

Egg whites eye mask recipe
Break two eggs, take only the egg white and use a tiny brush to then apply around your eye area. This you can do in the morning or before bed and it does help to reduce the puffiness.

Ildi also recommends doing a 3 minute eye massage before and when you wake up as well. This gives your eyes the stimulation it loses during your sleep.

Cold milk eye mask
Soak 2 cotton pads in the cold milk. Leave it on for 20–30 minutes. Using this method, you’re draining unnecessary liquid and hydrating the eyes. The fatter in the milk, the better it is for your skin.

Cucumber and mint leaves skin stimulation
