Tyson Hunger Heroes Champions for Kids Project #HungerHeroes

Would you like to grab some easy finger foods at your next visit to the grocery store and help fight child hunger at the same time?!

Well, Tyson Foods is pairing up with Sam’s Club to make that happen and turn grocery shoppers into Hunger Heroes.

Tyson Foods is donating a meal for every bag of Tyson’s chicken nuggets sold at Sam’s Club, up to 308,000 meals, to Champions for Kids.

I stopped by Sam’s Club recently and attended a demo for Tyson’s Chicken Nuggets so I could purchase a bag of chicken nuggets and be a Hunger Hero.

I’m a fan of Sam’s Club because you can almost get full on their food demos, if you plan it right, while you’re shopping for that 30 count box of toilet tissue that will last you at least three months.

True. Story.

The day I went to Sam’s Club it wasn’t busy, so I had plenty of time to chat with the Sam’s club associates about Tyson’s Chicken Nuggets, and I found out Tyson nuggets are made with white meat chicken.

I’ve always loved chicken nuggets because, besides being perfect finger foods, they are quick and easy appetizers.

Chicken nuggets are also inexpensive snack foods to have on hand whenever you need fast and easy snacks for unexpected visitors.

And even though I don’t have any kids, I always like to have a few good snacks for kids on hand at my house.

Chicken nuggets are easy snacks for kids I can serve in a matter of minutes, and if I ever have kids I’ll be sure to keep some chicken nuggets on hand for after school snacks.

With an orange, a bottle of water, and a handful of vegetable chips they make a complete after school snack.

If you would like to join the ranks of Hunger Heroes and fight child hunger, attend a Tyson’s Chicken Nuggets demo at your local Sam’s Club on 8/24, 8/25, 8/29, 8/30, and 8/31 from 11am to 2 pm and purchase a bag of Tyson’s Chicken Nuggets.
