BAGGIER THE BETTER

Hope you all had a good weekend! Here’s an outfit that I wore to the Nicole Miller event last Thursday. I got these Rag Bone Cargos at a sample sale a couple of weeks ago and had been waiting for something fun to wear them to. I paired them with a navy blazer – surprised by how much I love the two colors together – and a nice baggy tee. This outfit would be a total flop (in my opinion) without the added heels. I can’t wear baggy boyfriend jeans without a little height and showing off the ankles. To me, it balances things out and keeps things proportional.

On a side note – I wanted to share with you guys about Coast to Coast Central – a group of girls that are doing amazing things for women and the fashion industry. Right now they are in Ecuador on a Justice Tour working in the Red Light District where women and children are being trafficked and pushed into sex slavery. They are showing them kindness and love and trying to help them find sustainable ways out of their situations. It’s so inspiring, and truly the most important way we can TAKE AIM in this world. Support them through following their Instagram and participating in their fashion challenges a couple times a week!

Flash back to a couple of weeks ago when I modeled in the Pre-Fall Pure Addiction lookbook! Can’t wait to share the lookbook with you guys when it comes out…

Here are a few of my jewelry designs hanging in a boutique called Fancy Tiger Clothing in Denver, CO.

On Saturday I joined a Yoga class by ‘Yoga by Candace‘ at the Free People in Brentwood. It was so nice and I met some good people.

After class I walked by a pretty garden and actually stopped to smell the flowers. It was a nice moment to start the weekend, after taking a yoga class, and just appreciating life.

Hanging around with my sister, after eating In N’Out and right before the Nicole Miller event.
