COMFORT DAYS IN STYLE

Every girl has those days when she just doesn’t want to try! I’ll walk into my closet and cringe at the thought of putting on a tight pair of pants or a pair of heels. Those days I hate the idea of make up on my face and just wish I was a boy, lol : )

My cure to these types of days is having a couple of stylish options that are ultra-comfortable and still very cute. I’m not huge on leggings but I found a pair by Dex Clothing that has some moto-texture to the knees and I think this helps with them not looking to much like lounge wear. Also – buckled flats are hot right now (aka birkenstocks) and they are a perfect slip-on shoe that still adds an edgy factor to your outfit and makes it look like you tried a little : )

Lastly, you dig in your drawers for one of your softest, oversized shirts. Comfort to the max, yet still looks intentional. A nice touch would be to grab a bag that has some kind of texture or print to spice things up a bit!

My sister told me about a cool design planner that’s been trending lately called The Day Designer by Whitney English. I can’t wait to start using it (Aug 2014-Aug 2015) because it’s really going to organize my thoughts, schedule and goals for this coming year. It’s going to be a busy and fun year starting each day with the hope to TAKE AIM at what I love. You should too!
