This week has been great for my intentions but it hasn’t been for the weight loss. I think the major thing I learned this week is about food choice. While I was keeping my foods low carb– I wasn’t exactly following Atkins induction foods.

I need to learn to deal with food challenges better I think. I was at my sisters house with a pantry fully loaded with high carb foods. When I went there a few nights ago to take the dog out and spend some time with him, I was starving and ended up eating some nuts which aren’t allowed on Atkins induction. I did also have an off day where I junked up my week.

Anyway, Water has been a high priority this week, so I’ve been trying to get that way up which I’ve been succeeding at.

I think I’m going to start researching the idea of Paleo. I have a few good friends who are loving Paleo.
