Weigh in–week #2!!


Loss this week: 4 pounds

Total loss: 17.3 pounds

I know. A lot of you are probably shaking your heads at me thinking, “this chick complained about a half a week ago, in This Post about how she had gained a pound and was severely frustrated that she couldn’t lose this week after all her strict clean eating.” Welp kids the universe proved to me again that it can really act in silly ways!

I think the most important lesson I learned today is that I need to be patient and just follow the plan. Even when it seems like I’m going backwards. This week really proved to me that I need to be patient and let my body talk to me. I really thing that a combination of weird things helped this weight loss this week and hopefully I can figure out the key to my body.

I really want to thank everyone who commented on my post from last week. Your motivation and confidence in me really got me wanting to do well this week!! I loved every single comment!!

I currently have 3.1 pounds to go and am in 81st place in my diet bet. My odds are 53% to accomplish my goal. I have 9 days to loose these three pounds and I’m hoping a to do it this week. I’m already planning on two days of Zumba classes and hopefully a good workout Wednesday afternoon and Thursday (since I’m off bc of a goofy schedule). You can cheer for me Here!
