Everybody’s working for the weekend… so says Café Madam and this week it couldn’t be any truer – I’m off to London to frolic at flower markets with one of my closest friends. But for now I thought it the perfect opportunity to share another of Paris’ adorable cafes. I fell for Café Madam as soon as I entered its door, I don’t know if it was the sunshine yellow Marzocco coffee machine or the beaming smile behind it, but there is undeniably something special about this place. A space with a truly homely feel, both due to the delicious home-baked food as well as the mother-daughter duo who run it. Last week I met my lovely Ylenia there for a lunch date and knew right away that I had to bring my housemates back to try it out. This time I went for their chai tea latte which arrived steaming hot and utterly delicious. If you’re in the neighbourhood make sure to stop by for a bite I guarantee it will brighten up your day like it did ours.
