Hi Briana, I wanted to start off by thanking you for providing me with the resources and motivation needed to start this incredible journey. I was 3 months post-partum with my first child when I was introduced to your program; I was desperately struggling with the reality of my post baby body. To be honest though, I began to pack on the pounds even before the 60 pounds of baby weight that I acquired. Your program enabled me to be able to lose the weight in a healthy fashion while still adjusting to life with a new baby. Although I definitely wanted to lose the weight, my main motivation was to get healthy. I want to be a positive influence on my daughter and I know that that starts with me. I truly appreciated your emphasis on the health aspect over the weight loss aspect. I recently celebrated my 30th birthday and I am in the best shape of my life!! I have been with you since BBM 1 and these pictures are the before and after of BBM 1 and BBM 2.0. Overall my results are as follows: Chest: -1.00″ Waist: -6.00″ Hips L: -6.50″ Hips S: -5.00″ Thigh: -2.50″ Arm: -1.75″ ____________ Total Lost: -22.75″ Weight: -42.20lbs Oh! …. and I’m currently in training to complete my first half marathon the day after my daughters first birthday!!!
