Welcome to Day 61 of the BIKINI BODY MOMMY CHALLENGE 2.0!

Today I’d like to hear how you deal with your cravings? Do you crave salty or sweet? What ‘treats’ do you have on hand to keep you on track while you are following the BIKINI BODY MOMMY MEAL PLAN?

To help curb cravings I like to put some high quality dark chocolate chips into raspberries. They are sweet and refreshing and really help keep me on track!
