Are you getting your children involved in your workouts at all BIKINI BODY MOMMY? Believe it or not .. even if they are just sitting and watching you .. as opposed to participating .. THEY ARE INVOLVED! You are setting a major example for them and I’m so PROUD of you for doing that!
