1 – Jumping Jacks 2 – Crab walk (forward/back) 3 – Jump Squats 4 – Burpees 5 – Alternating Lunges 6 – Mountain Climbers 7 – Umpa Lompas 8 – Side Plank Hip Dip (*Make sure you “switch hips” like in the video, at the 45 second mark!) 9 – Irish Jig 10 – Spidermans
