As promised … Here is your workout for DAY 89. It’s a STRENGTH TRAINING Day!
Here is our lineup for today. Remember that the structure is a bit different:
Today we will be doing the following:
We will start with a 3 minute warm up then move to the following:
- Death March for 4 minutes
- Rest one minute
- 8 count body builders for 4 minutes
- Rest for one minute
- Elbow plank for one minute
- side plank – right for one minute
- Elbow plank for one minute
- Side plank – left for one minute
- Cool down for 3 minutes
