I love this move! It’s a great way to switch up your squats. I am not sure why I love squatting so much but I do. I especially like this one because it gets your heart rate up plus its a great way to work on your balance as well. The cool thing about this move is that you can do it with or without weights and you can adjust the weights by how hard you want the arm workout to be!
