Be on fleek down to your feet--even in the bitter cold.

I'll admit it. I used to be one of those people who made fun of UGGs. I couldn't understand why people would wear them. But then my spoiled SoCal brat self grew up, traveled the world, experienced different--namely, freezing--temperatures, and had an "aha" moment. When I saw UGGs being used in cold climates, sans confusing denim miniskirt ensembles (I'm looking at you, Orange County), I immensely appreciated how much style and utility went into the boot. You will not find me in New York or Asia in the winter without them. I'm wearing them on my feet in Tokyo as we speak!
I recently discovered a unique brand, Homage, which offers snap-on soles for UGGs. They're like phone covers, but for your boots. You can swap them out and it's like you have a completely different boot without having to buy another pair! I have gray snakeskin-soled UGGs myself...that's pretty damn awesome.
