Important Interwebz: July 6.

Important Interwebz is my weekly contribution to the "sharing is caring" movement. Here are the links I've been dying to share with you all this past week:
Sex ed and female empowerment are two things I find myself interested in more and more. Combine them and you've definitely got my attention. Props to The Lovability Movement for helping women get past their condom-buying fears.
On the subject of female empowerment, the
Always #LikeAGirl campaign nearly brought me to tears. Watching it, I realized that I would have done the exact same motions the older girls did in the video if asked. When did doing things like a girl became such an insult?
I love the fact that we're starting to acknowledge how EVERYONE is affected by media photo retouching- not just women. Here, real men pose as underwear models, and you know what? They look great because bodies, however imperfect by society's standards, are absolutely beautiful!
For those of us that like reading up and learning from other people's mistakes, there's The 7 Biggest Mistakes of My Twenties. Maybe we should start paying attention to the little things now. She's talking about small, completely manageable changes.
As someone who just purged countless trash bags full of clothes in an effort to declutter and work towards a more representative wardrobe, this article is much appreciated. Now, time to stop hoarding clothes I'm never gonna wear and start building my new wardrobe!

And finally, one of my favorite websites, College Fashion, has a new series called Piece by Piece where the author recreates drool-worthy stylish celebrity looks on a real girl budget! Love their first Audrey Hepburn look recreations!
That's it for this week's Important Interwebz! Hope you enjoyed browsing the links! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
