HTHG for hire! Braid Classes and Hair Parties

Hey friends! How are things?

I recently taught a bridal braiding class at Vain. It was my 3rd braiding class. The first was more of an unofficial quick braid demo for the stylists at Vain Downtown. The second was at Velouria Boutique in Seattle, to eager braid DIY-ers.

This recent one was a class for Stylists, of all braiding levels but mostly beginners. It was geared towards accomodating an entire wedding party, brides, maids, flowergirls and all, with stunning hairstyles using simple braids.

It was such a fun time, and I feel like everyone learned a great deal, and left feeling empowered by it. Myself, I felt very empowered to teach to actual real time humans, not over the internet. Friends, I LOVE to teach. And I have suffered my whole life with public speaking anxiety. The internet has been perfect for me. But now, I am ready to take my tricks out into the real world.

I am writing to you today to let you know that I am officially for hire to teach hair to groups of people from beginning DIY-ers, to seasoned experts, in any environment. I can make things very simple for those of you that are intimidated. I can make things very inspired, for those of you that need inspiration. I can work within any theme, era, etc.

We can focus on braiding. We can do bridal braids, I can train your bridesmaids to do their own wedding styles. I can answer all of your at-home color questions. I can show all your girlfriends how to maintain each others bangs. We can make it a hair party. We can do it over tea and sandwiches. We can do it at the beach, or sitting on stumps somewhere. In a posh hotel. Got a chic event and need a braid bar? I’ve got you covered.

Friends, HTHG is officially for hire. Please contact me directly at [email protected] for day rates and travel rates, and we can customize your hair party.

I look forward to meeting you in person some day!!!

xo, HTHG
