A NARS Mini Haul.

NARS is a brand I just can’t get enough of, maybe it’s the perfectly sleek packaging or perhaps it’s just that the quality never lets me down. Whatever it is, I seem to have a good chunk of the collection! Whilst in London last week, I decided to add a couple of bits to my stash…

I finally caved and bought the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer (£22), this seems to be loved by just about anyone! I actually went to buy it when it was first released but the MUA on counter said it was best for under eyes rather than all over, so I decided not to buy because I already have a tonne of brightening concealers. For reference, I like to use a concealer that matches my skin tone first, all over my face, and then go over with a sheer base – I find this method really works for me. So, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a colour that matched my skin tone, rather than opt for a shade that would highlight my under-eyes. What a daredevil, eh?
I went for the shade Custard, which is a kind of medium shade that will hopefully do me for the entire year. The concealer itself offers impressive coverage, but it’s very blendable so there’s no issues achieving a flawless result. So far, I’m impressed but I will keep you updated.

I also picked up one of the new NARS Matte Multiples in Anguilla (£30), which I thought would be a nice summer ‘do all’ product. I’m not usually for matte products but recently I’ve been feeling really natural makeup, so matte cheeks have been a favourite of mine. I went for Anguilla, which is a soft cool-toned pink – I thought this was the best lip and cheek shade for me as it’s very wearable and looks great whether you have a tan or not.
The formula is so soft, it glides on the skin and is easily blended too. I’m really impressed with this, the colour pay-off is perfect too.

These two are definitely already daily staples for me. Have you tried either of these?
