Desk Beauty Staples.

It took me longer to decide a title for this post than to actually take the photo – which says a lot about my photography really. Anyway, since I sit at my desk for 85% of my life, I thought I’d show you a few everyday essentials.

First up, hand cream. We all know I’m a little obsessed with hand cream, and one of my favourite more luxe options is the Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm (£19) – I almost wish I didn’t like this as much as I do, because it’s quite a pricey number and the way I slather on the stuff is less than ideal. This has a lovely citrusy scent and sinks in to the skin instantly, helping hands and nails to look their best. It’s even better than the packaging would lead you to believe.

I also keep a bottle of the Caudalie Beauty Elixir (£32) within arms reach, as it’s just beautiful! I adore this stuff and I think it’s a great way to keep skin all healthy and hydrated throughout the day – just a spritz or two mid-day keeps my complexion dewy and glowing. I think this stuff works miracles on redness and blemishes, so I try and squeeze it in to my routine where possible.

A couple of other staples include the NUXE Reve De Miel Lip Balm (£9.50) – another everyday staple for me, and it seems to have earned itself cult status in recent years, especially amongst us bloggers! If you haven’t tried it, believe the hype – it feels incredible to apply and really tackles dry, chapped lips. It’s works so well when applied as an overnight treatment too. Also here is the Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Candle (£40), which I’m almost out of. This scent is just incredible, I love it burning throughout autumn – really adds a nice warmth to the room too.

Also seen above is the mt Washi Tape I love so much!
