Cinnahoney Protein Bars

Checkout this recipe for Cinnamon & Honey Protein Bars…

They take less than 30 minutes to make and use simple, everyday products!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unflavored or vanilla whey protein

Steps:

1) Spread out the 2 cups of oats onto a cookie sheet and Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Then set out and let them cool.

2) Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

3) Once the oats are cooled, mix them into the large bowl ingredients.

4) Spread the mixture out on the cookie sheet. Mine covered half the sheet.

5) Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

6) Cut up and enjoy!
