Meals & Workouts 5/3-5/9

Good Evening!

It’s been a low key weekend over here! The highlights were a delicious date night last night, a serious closet purge (I swear I’m donating half my closet) and a nice quality walk outside in the beautiful weather today!

I’m off to an early bedtime to gear up for a busy work week ahead, but first I thought I would check in.

Here’s my plan for the week!

Meals
I was really proud of us last week- we did not waste any food! I’m following my own lead and planning realistically again to create a plan we can stick to during another busy week.

Breakfast
Strawberry Shortcake Smoothies or Breakfast Burritos

Leftovers

Snacks:
Appels & Cheese, Trail Mix and Yogurt

Dinner:
Sunday-Steak and Twice Baked Potatoes
Monday-Chicken Fajitas
Tuesday-Leftovers
Wednesday-Boursin Pasta with Spring Peas (never made this last week)
Thursday-Blogger Event @ Sweet Tomatoes (if I had to guess, I bet Rich will get wings)
Friday- Wing it/Work Happy Hour
Saturday-Wint it/Out

Food Prep:
Make Sunday Night Dinner
Assemble Smoothie ingredients for Monday
Marinade Fajita meat for Monday

Workouts
Another week where life happened last week, but I did my best! Luckily there are only a few weeks of my busy season at work, so I’m going to continue to do my best and build up motivation for when I have more time.
