What to Pack: Sweater Dresses

I've seen the concept of the capsule wardrobe (well explained mastered here on this cute gal of Unfancy) traveling through the blogosphere and I have to be honest with you, it's not for me. I love my clothes. One of the only things that made me happy about coming back from Paris was being reunited with my clothes that didn't come along and especially all my shoes. When I travel for a longer period of time I have somewhat of a capsule wardrobe in that's it's made up of limited items, but I am always buying new pieces. I like to shop. I like bringing in new things on a regular basis. I'm not a minimalist in dressing or ever in life. That's me.

Case in point is this sweater dress I picked up from Old Navy (and the boots as well.) It's my first ever sweater dress and I'm a fan. Super comfortable for traveling in and super packable - it doesn't need to be ironed which is HUGE. I like that they can be worn with boots, sneakers, or heels. Tights or no tights.
