Golden Hour

Meet my new favorite skirt! It's red (surprise, surprise). It's a ponte, which means stretchy! And it's a fun, petal silhouette. Madewell, you consistently hit it out of the park. I probably should have gotten it in navy too...
Also, I am always so pleased with myself when I actually manage to get great "golden hour" pictures (also, hello hair frizzies!). Granted, this golden hour happened to be 8am instead of the evening, but you work with what you've got, right? It was such a gorgeous day when I wore this outfit!
Does anyone have anything exciting going on this weekend? I'm staying low-key. I might go for a bike ride and I have some brown bananas that I plan to use in banana bread (recipe soon, perhaps?)!
