Wake up to a refreshing smoothie, made with Vita Coco coconut water and a handful of fruit. We like to add in a huge handful of spinach and some nuts for a bit of protein (we promise you can't taste the spinach at all!).
What You Need: - Vita Coco
- 1 Banana
- Handful of strawberries (from frozen or fresh)
- Handful of raspberries
Add all the ingredients in to a blender and whizz until smooth. You can also add in a few cubes of ice if you wish, though we usually use frozen fruit.
Alternatively, replace the milk
in this recipe with Vita Coco for a Green Monster smoothie made better!
