If you have a lot of trinkets, books, artwork and other ornaments, this is the perfect way to showcase them neatly. We don't believe in storing these things away, so organising and displaying your pretties is a comforting way to arrange your home.

Layering textures such as books and trays creates character and brings life to an otherwise boring shelf. Choose a few books that work with your colour scheme and stack them on a dressing table or book shelf, then add on a tray or basket to hold smaller trinkets.

Stacking trays on a bedside table will also help to brighten a space, as well as keep small jewellery and bedside essentials together. Display a nice tube of handcream next to your nightly serum for a unique, eye-catching display.

Layering textures such as wood and marble works so well, and it gives you a chance to display your favourite candles and cosmetics without the messy look. We love a 'lived-in' vibe in our home, and you really get this from organised clutter - everything has a place so it doesn't become stressful or too much.
Take a wooden tray and add in a couple of nice plates to hold other trinkets, and add a candle for a touch of luxury. A small vase of flowers and a perfume bottle completes the arrangement.
Even cushions and throws piled up in a corner of the room adds a certain charm to a bedroom.
