You should have refreshed the page more. And now your carefully laid attack plans to snatch up those stupidly discounted Loubs in a size that suuure you can fit your feet into is shot to shit. Good luck running around town in last season’s Gap sale separates. I’m just kidding. No one takes advantage of that Gap sale – it’s completely under utilized. Back to the point: Put down those Chinese food leftovers and wipe away those crocodile tears. I have, in my hot little hands, TWO TICKETS to the sale. That’s right, ladies (and the two men that read this blog): I’m giving away tickets to one winner a friend to ANY of the sessions listed below. That includes the sold out Media Preview session. The important things:
- Make sure you leave a comment disclosing your favorite sample sale game plan. I promise I won’t share it. LIE. It’ll be all over the internet and if it’s RUL good I’ll share it in my break down of how to attack this sale next Friday.
- Each ticket provides admission for one to the Gilt City Warehouse Sale, Shopping Party and exclusive John Varvatos Pop-Up Shop at the Dock5 at Union Market
- Access the FastPass line for those with bags smaller than 5″x7″ and no coats. Take advantage of this. You’ll be cursing yourself while everyone rushes past you and you’re just waiting in line to get your coat check tag. Bad things happen to good people.
- There will be a complimentary coat check (guests must check all coats and bags/purses larger than 5″x7″ before entering the sale). We talked about this. Wear a damn belt bag.
- Featured pop-up store from John Varvatos featuring insider pricing on fall and winter pieces from Collection & John Varvatos USA for any boys attending or those girlfriends that choose to sacrifice their own fashion in the name of their boyfriend. Hey. Sometimes we’re their only hope.
- Complimentary signature cocktails will be served at a makeshift bar.
- Some merchandise may be irregular and will be priced accordingly. Translation: Shyt be damaged. All prices are firm. Don’t even try.
- Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps® and Popchips will be available. Eat them. Hoard them. No one wants to be that over served girl at this event. Eat a damn pretzel.
- You do not need to be a Gilt member to attend this sale but I highly encourage it!
