How house proud are you?

Are you houseproud?? Do you like you house to be ‘just so’ – or is it just simply somewhere to lay your head, and you’re not fussed what it looks like? I’m fairly houseproud, even as a teenager I loved to decorate my room, and keep it tidy-ish and a nice space to spend time in. I’m not obsessive… I’m certainly no fan of housework – I do what I have to do and no more. It’s something of a running joke in our house that housework doesn’t happen. The kithen gets cleaned after we’ve used it, pots washed and sides wiped… the floor in the living/dining area gets hoovered daily {messy kids and animals}, beds made each morning and a quick ‘put away’ at the end of the day. I like it to be clean, and not so messy I’d not want to invite an unexpected guest in ha!

Carpetright havbe recenlty launched ‘The House Proud Survey‘ – this survey asks a few questions to gauge how house proud you are as a person, from the answers you give you are then generated a house proud profile.

I took the survey and my result was ‘The Nester'{pretty apt for a pregnant lady no?!}, the older I get, the more I find myself tweaking the house to make it ‘just right’. I’ve just spent the last couple of days painting the bathroom, nothing beats a cosy, welcoming house!
