Friday Five

This weather has been sending me for a loop. I'm going to join in the masses and say that I'm just ready for some sun! I don't even need it to be warm, I swear, I just need some sunshine before I go batty! Here's a quick recap of what I've been up to for the past week (or two, wink, I'm a little behind):

I had Monday off from my nannying job and picked up a shift at The Apothecary. I don't think I've ever worked a Monday before! It was slow but fun, my sweet roommate AE came in and hung out with me for a while. I've only been working there occasionally with my busy schedule, but it's seriously my favorite place to be.

How cute is my sister? I'll tell you: mega cute. We went on a shopping date to the thrift store, and stopped off to get lunch and buy a book at Banner Hall. Love that girl so much.

Had a beautiful Galentines Day celebration with some of my best girls. I've talked too much, probably, about how much fun we had that day, but I'm just going to mention it once again: my friends are the best of the best.

We've got a Whole Foods in Jackson!!! Me and the little one went for a trip to the grocery store and it was so fun. I love the Whole Foods aesthetic, and how they used so many local elements in their design. We kept our list small, though, my poor budget isn't so in love with shopping organic.

Made a delicious pizza with some fresh ingredients - find the recipe here. Homemade pizza is so much easier than I thought it would be - it's become one of my go-to meals. Plus it freezes so well and is great for a last minute dinner when I'm on the move.

I'm linking up with Lauren Elizabeth for High Five for Friday. Hope you all have a marvelous weekend!
