Layered Ponytails

Woof. Summer is here and in full swing! I've been loving our splash pad and pool days but BOY is it hot down here in the great state of Mississippi.

My and the little girl I nanny for have been keeping it cool with some old fashioned layered ponytails to keep the hair off our necks. My mom used to do my hair like this when I was little, and it's still perfect for beating the heat on these roast toasty summer days.
