Wabi Sabi nurtures all that is authentic by acknowledging three simple realities: nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect.

This term has come up a lot for me this month. I suppose it feels like a bit of a sign to stop worrying about the end goal and to focus on enjoying the journey. When I was contacted by Rachel to contribute to a new feature on her blog Our Buzzards, I really connected with the subject matter. Her goal, "to explore the concept of Wabi Sabi - the beauty in the imperfect, incomplete, and impermanent. I want to think about messes and half done projects and joyful, unstyled moments.
