Life is all of a sudden very busy.
I wanted (needed) more income, and I wanted to work so I didn't have so much time to dwell.
And now I do work...
My number of clients has doubled, and a lot of other things need attention too.
It is great, but it also really interferes with my life.
I miss being bored, and I miss time to ponder and reflect and stare at the clouds.
While still living in Germany, I used to dissolve clouds. Have you ever tried that? Staring at a cloud, willing it to
dissolve until it is gone. Lots of fun (at least for some of us :-) ).
In Namibia I am not doing that anymore, clouds are just too precious.
But I still like to stare at them (carefully).
I also feel very itchy to write, instead of making lunch, which is what I will be doing just now.
And I want to play and make little, silly, non-important things.
Today I gave in, and paying bills took a backseat to making a little homage to Robert Frost.
You just need a box, a photo, some old book pages, and a plastic animal:
the woods are lovely, dark and deep but I've got promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep
Robert Frost
A great start to the weekend dear friends, may it be filled with silly!
Lots of love,
