If you follow me here and on
Instagram you already know that I faced my nervousness, took the plunge and participated in
The Southern Blog Society conference (
#SBScon) held at the swanky
W Hotel ATL Buckhead. I feel a bit more legit in the blogging world now, y'all. Sure I've been posting for quite a while, but taking that extra step to gather with other chicks who do this too just seemed to seal the deal for me. Now that I've faced my fear of not knowing anyone I'm so ready to attend another event.
This weekend meant making new friends, meeting mingling with brands (
ASOS,
Dressup,
Kendra Scott,
PlaBeauty,
Dermalogica,
Intimacy - fab overload, ladies!) and taking home killer tips from professionals behind companies that help us bloggers. The most important nugget of info was from the wise Amy Flurry (
@RecipeforPress). It can and should be applied to everyone's life, not just bloggers. Are you ready for it?
JUST BE LOVELY. Isn't that perfect? Learn it, live it, love it...hashtag it!
I had such a blast and am still coming down from the excitement of this past weekend, #bloggerhangover. Only, it's the best hangover ever! As a matter of fact I'm still tripping over my unpacked suitcase at home and my massive goodie bag (I loath unpacking). As I find a home for everything expect peeks of my new treasures to be posted on PSL and my
social accounts. Until then, kick up those stilettos and take a tour of the weekend that was the #SBScon.

As you can see, champs was on a constant flow and instagramming tweeting isn't just expected, it's encouraged when mingling with bloggers. Nothin' wrong with that! Cheers!
