The Second Sight (2013) (English)

A lawyer must defend a young woman who caused an accident on a bridge. Several people were killed, but fortunately she has a lawyer who can see dead people and the karma of a person.

The Second Sight is a train wreck of a movie. It tries to be scary and dramatic, but it misses the target big time. Have you seen some films from Thailand, and you know a little about their spiritual culture, you know what to expect. Combine this with damn bad drama, and you have a disaster of a film.

Imagine The Eye and The Sixth Sense, only that everything that can go wrong in a film production, goes wrong. The movie gets dumber and dumber from minute to minute, and it doesn’t try to scare the viewers. I hope that was the point? Not!

The CGI are terrible, just look at the first scene were the film tries to establish the protagonist. The kid sees dead fish in 3D! This continues with poor 3D effects that take us back to the eighties.

The actors are terrible, the dialogue will make you to throw up and the story will make a grown man cry. Thailand makes a lot of shitty films, The Second Sight is a crap example of just that. It’s not just the whores in Thailand that smells bad, most of the films do to.
